Регламент участия в курсах польского языка для студентов 6 -24 лет из Украине
1. Участник обязуется постоянно и усердно принимать участие в занятиях на протяжении всего курса.
2. Участники записываются на курс непосредственно у Исполнителей (университетов, языковых школ, преподавателей), которые проводят у нас курсы. Информация и места, где проводятся курсы для студентов, доступны на http://www.ib-polska.pl/unicef/. Информация будет регулярно обновляться. На этой странице участники также найдут информацию о том, какие места приспособлены для людей с ограниченными возможностями.
3. Перед началом курса будет проведено тестирование на уровень знания польского языка.Участники будут распределены в соответствующие группы.
4. Участник может один раз сменить группу, если в группе с подобным уровнем есть свободное место.
5. Допускается пропуск 5 занятий в течение курса. Неявки сверх этого предела требуют обоснования (больничное письмо, штамп в паспорте и т.п.).
6. В случае отсутствия на занятиях более 2 недель подряд и отсутствия контакта с участником/родителями, он может быть отстранен от курса.
7. Освободившееся место на курсе может быть занято следующим участником из резервного списка.
8. В случае увольнения с курса необходимо письменно уведомить лицо, проводящее курс, с указанием даты увольнения.
9. Лицо, проводящее занятия, в случае возникновения случайных ситуаций может перенести дату занятий, немедленно уведомив об этом участников и предоставив новую дату занятий или предоставить другое лицо.
10. Отмененные занятия будут проведены в другую согласованную с участниками дату.
11. Провайдер проводит выпускной экзамен для участников, сдача которого является условием получения сертификата о прохождении языкового курса.
Rules of participation in a Polish language course for students aged 6 -24 from Ukraine
1. The participant undertakes to participate in classes consistently and conscientiously by the entire duration of the course.
2. Participants sign up for the course directly with the Providers (universities, language schools, teachers) who conduct courses with us. Information and where they are held courses for students are available at http://www.ib-polska.pl/unicef/. The information will constantly updated. On this page, participants will also find information about which places are adapted for people with physical disabilities.
3. Before the start of the course, a knowledge test will be carried out Polish language. Participants will be assigned to the appropriate groups.
4. The participant can change the group once if there is a free place in a similar group level.
5. Absence from 5 classes during the course is allowed. Absences beyond this limit requires justification (sick note, passport stamp, etc.).
6. In the event of absence from classes for more than 2 weeks in a row and lack of contact with participant/parent, he/she may be removed from the course.
7. The vacant place on the course may be filled by another participant from the reserve list.
8. In case of resignation from the course, the person conducting the course should be notified in writing and provide the date of resignation.
9. The person conducting the classes may, in the event of fortuitous situations, postpone the date of the classes, immediately informing the participants about it and giving a new date of classes or provide a person for a replacement.
10. Canceled classes will be carried out on another date agreed with the participants.
11. The executor conducts an exam for the participants at the end of the course, the passing of which is condition for receiving a certificate of completed language course.
